Listen to your Life’s Music - Feel it, enjoy it and dance on it - Make it a Beautiful Memory!

Everything that has been crossed through your life was nothing but a “Lesson”. Let’s put the debate of whether it was good or bad, aside for the moment. Whatever you are today is because you learnt something from your Past. If you are a successful person today, you may have a painful past and if you haven’t faced any success yet, your story is still to go.

So keep making it a beautiful memory encircling hard work, dedication, criticism, downfall, adherence and above all “trust on yourself” - although it’s not easy to confront, it’s not even impossible to achieve.

Saying Life - A school won’t be wrong. It teaches us about the good and the bad, polishes us and makes us confident enough to face our life, full of trials and adventures.

On any heartbreaking phase of our life, we start accepting all the negative vibes: self – deterioration, insecurity, unacceptance, stress and poor resistance, as if our lives are good-for-nothing, which then makes us believe that there is no sign of positivity.

Admitting this, some people are quick and some are sluggish to build their inner strength back after facing such life hazards. But on a personal note, I think that these life hazards help us to reveal ourselves more openly – boosts our morale to gain our inner strength and energy. And for this reason, we should be grateful for our lives, which taught us and gifted us a worth-living – after such trials and hardships.

Rafiki: Oh yes, the past can hurt. But the way I see it,
you can either run from it, or...... learn from it.
I don’t know the age and experience of my blog reader, but if I think presumably, you might agree with the fact that; “yes” I have learnt something from my past. With reference to this, I would love to share one of my favorite quotes from a cartoon movie, The Lion King (1994):

Make sure that, today you feel like an achiever and a best hoper, saying that, “I am strong and I can foresee my future more optimistically”. Become a narcissist and groom yourself to face new challenges of your life to revitalize your future.

Do recall all our memories and past experiences but only for self-learning, so that in future, you can perform more scrutinizingly and constructively. This is where your past will guide you in the right direction. As I say:

When we learn from our past, we educate our present to win our future!

The Golden Period of Sincere Friendships – Value them!

"The One Who Has a Good Friend doesn’t Need Any Mirror." (Maulana Rumi)
A very deep thought, stated by Rumi.

Friendship is an important part of one’s life. People are very lucky to have a glimpse of hope in the form of good & sincere friends. When you have a bunch of honest friends, you will always feel defended and protected, no matter how much difficult your life is.

Making new friends is an interesting ability. It helps you to share your life experiences with more people you trust. The audacity of openness and the courage to show up your feelings and emotions to someone new is not easy at all, but if you find someone to rely and trust on, your life changes sensationally.

Good and sincere friendship is nonetheless a blessing, especially when it is based upon secrets sharing, honesty, commitment, laughter and above all trust.

No matter how hard your life is, how much pain abandoned your emotions & feelings, but when you sit in the company of your dear friends’ all that pain and grievances turn into a fantasy – it really seems that nothing is wrong at all!

For a moment it feels that you have never been tensed, or you have never cried. Instead, your full-mouth open laughs make you cries awfully - which is heavenly exceptional, isn't it?

Why I mentioned it as a golden period because that period has no fears, no confusions, no pressures & no worries. Everyone has something new and enticing to share and is impatient & excited to exhale too. The adventure of sharing jaw-dropping events among your friends is extraordinary - although you have heard that story many times before, you love to enjoy the story again! Only because you value the time spent with your sincere friends. This period of smiling and sharing vehemently humorous thoughts with your loved ones is very precious. I just love it.

Most extreme also happens, when you sit with your family members & suddenly a hilarious joke clicks your mind & you smile again and later you justify it to your family.

A strong friendship-bond is built when a friend understands the pain behind your smile, understand your feelings when no one else does and try every possible way to get you out of that trouble. We may never lose sincere friends only if we:
  • Value their presence
  • Give Time & Attention
  • Avoid jealousy, grudges and miscommunication
  • Make them feel comfortable
  • Build relationship on trust and dignity
While writing, I went through some blogs and found some useful material on Good Friends, they can:
  • Improve your mood
  • Help you to reach your goals
  • Reduce your stress and depression
  • Support you through tough times
  • Support you as you age
Furthermore, Mary Jaksch wrote in one of her blogs about the Six Magic Words: That Make Friendships Happen, What can I do for you?- These are not less that the magical words because these words let go off our ego and makes us understated to appreciate the needs, wants, and hopes of others.

Summing up and concluding that we should appreciate the golden period of our sincere friends, because “they are hard to find, difficult to carry and demanding to stay”. In the end of our day, when you try to sleep at night, you can’t control your smile by reminding funny memories, happened all day; however that big-loud-laugh turns into a big-bold-smile.

So keep making good friends & value their time and presence.
